Happy Brother BX1 is the plant that got me into breeding.  I have worked for years with this special cut to try to get a worthy male for backcrossing.  This definitely worked well with the Happy Brother x ChemdogD IX1 #3 male.  Finally, we can share the Happy Brother with all growers!

Happy Brother is not a big yielder.  It’s very strong against insects and diseases.  Expect hard little nugs that don’t shring much when dried.  The taste and effect is what Happy Brother is all about.  The taste is very hard to describe.  I have not smoked any other herb that tastes like this.  I’m sure all smokers will really like the taste.

When I was working in a coffee shop, in 1996, we used to get some weed called Happy Brother.  It was the strongest herb I smoked in those years.  As I was also growing at that point in time, I really wanted to grow this oh-so-tasty herb myself!

I asked the supplier if I could get some seeds from it.  He told me that he got the herb from an old Rasta man in Amsterdam.  The brother of this Rasta man grew this herb for his brother’s paralysis.  The original grower said he created Happy Brother, but I didn’t think so because he did not have any seeds.  then it went silent and I didn’t see the supplier for almost 2 years.  In 1998, he came walking in with a new supplier of the Happy Brother and also brought me 3 clones that really looked like shit.  The first grow I did with it was so special to see a plant produce my most favorite smoke.  Up until this day, it is still one of my most favorite smokes.
